Big Savings with Dental Care Advantage and Dental Care Advantage Senior
1st Advantage Dental of New York now offers the Dental Care Advantage discount program for individuals, couples or families under the age of 55. For patients 55 and older, we offer the Dental Care Advantage Senior Program. These discount programs provide a 20 percent discount on dental care and significant savings on vision, hearing and chiropractic care as well as great savings on prescription drugs too. Low annual or monthly fees apply for these discount programs. Discounts cannot be combined with other programs. There are no claims to fill out and no waiting periods.
How to Enroll
Enrolling in the Dental Care Advantage programs is quick and convenient. You can enroll today by calling 1-888-540-9488. Or you can download and complete the appropriate enrollment form below and bring it to your nearest 1st Advantage Dental of New York office.
You can choose to enroll on a month-to-month or yearly basis. Fees are:
Dental Care Advantage (under age 55)
Individuals: $5.95/month or $54.95/year
Couples: $8.95/month or $84.95/year
Families: $11.45/month or $109.95/year
Dental Care Advantage Senior Program (age 55 and older)
Individuals: $4.95/month or $47.95/year
Couples: $7.95/month or $77.95/year

Hearing care providers are offered through EPIC Hearing Health Care. You may contact the EPIC Hearing Team for more information on hearing benefits and providers in your area after receiving your member ID card

The program member is obligated to pay the provider for all the health care services that the member will receive, but the member will receive a pre-negotiated discount from the providers listed in the network, in accordance with the specific pre-negotiated discounted fee schedule.
